Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (Recommended)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Cost: $12.95 USD (applied to all orders under $50)
Free Economy Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50 USD
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping
For international customers:
- All packages are marked with the appropriate customs declarations
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties
- We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our solar lighting products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Return Policy Overview
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Pond Supplies (due to potential contamination risks)
- Opened or installed lighting products (including all solar lights showing signs of use)
- Custom or special order items
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

- Your order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- The return address for your package
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to the provided address using a trackable method
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return label
- For other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Full item price minus any original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- If exchanging for a higher-value item: You’ll be charged the difference
- If exchanging for a lower-value item: We’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
