Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Please note:
- Products must be unused and in resalable condition
- Original packaging must be included with all components
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Pond Supplies (due to potential contamination risks)
- Opened or installed lighting products (including all solar lights that show signs of use)
- Custom or special order items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email our returns team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- The return address for your package
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For defective or incorrect items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label
- For other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the full item price minus any original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
